Call us if you would like Air Sterilisation with Atmospheric Sanitizer on its own. This will kill viruses and bacteria on contact.

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies?
A: For our Deep Cleaning services, Ecoleen provides everything required, including all professional equipment, vacuums, mops, and premium eco-friendly detergents. For Regular Cleaning services, our standard rates do not include equipment or supplies, as we use the tools and products already available in your home. However, we can supply equipment for regular cleans upon request, depending on your package and pricing tier.

Q: Do I need to be at home while you clean my apartment?
A: No, you do not need to stay with us while we clean. However, you will need to be at the property to let our team in when we arrive, as Ecoleen does not provide a key collection service. Once you have given us access, you are completely free to leave the property in our fully insured, background-checked, and trusted hands!

 

 

 

Something to note:

We are using a lot of equipment, and will need to park the car when we arrive for deep clean. If the parking is not free we ask customer to pay for the parking for the duration of the cleaning

*Please note we don’t provide key pick up/drop off service. 

When the cleaners arrive, somebody must be at the premises to let them inside and to provide access to the property to be cleaned. Please note, if we are not able to get access to the property on arrival, we will still have to charge some amount to compensate our cleaners. Charging fee of 25% of the agreed deep cleaning price, 75% of the agreed regular cleaning price will apply.
