You can add any of these tasks to your deep clean. However, we only clean appliances as part of a deep clean, not as a job on their own.
Office and commercial cleaning prices
We show business prices without VAT, so we add VAT at 13.5% on the invoice. Also, the minimum office visit is two hours. The rate stays the same at weekends and out of hours, and there is no call-out charge.

After builders cleaning prices
We clean after building work for developers, contractors, landlords and homeowners. However, these starting prices change with the layout of the property and the state of the site. If the trades leave a lot of heavy debris or building waste behind, we will talk to you about the extra work when we first speak. That way, it is already in your fixed price.

Our house cleaning prices in Dublin start at €181.60 for a deep clean of a one-bed apartment, €283.75 for a two-bed house and €431.30 for a four-bed house. Every price also includes VAT and the disinfection of all surfaces. We price regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning on the size of your home. In addition, there is no call-out charge and no weekend surcharge.
Are these prices fixed?
Our published rates are starting prices, based on the average size of a home. Before we quote, we send you a short email with a few questions about the job. Your fixed price then depends on how your home is laid out and what condition it is in. So the price we confirm with you is exactly what you pay on the day.
Do your house cleaning prices in Dublin include VAT?
Yes, all our household prices include VAT at 13.5%. However, we show our office and commercial rates without VAT, so we add 13.5% to those on the invoice.
Do you charge extra for weekends?
No. A Saturday or Sunday clean costs the same as a Tuesday, and we never charge a call-out fee either.
Can I book just an oven clean?

How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash on the day. When you book a deep clean or an after builders clean by bank transfer, we take a €60.00 deposit to hold your date.
