1. Share your office details

Tell us your approximate floor area, the number of rooms and washrooms, and your preferred weekly schedule. We can quickly review these details over a short phone call to finalise your setup.

2. Get a price the same day

We come back to you with the hours and the rate. We prefer about four days' notice to start, but we take urgent jobs when our diary allows.

3. Same team, every visit

After that, the same team cleans your office on every visit. You can pay by bank transfer or cash. For one-off deep cleans booked by bank transfer, we take a €60.00 deposit to hold the date.

How much does office cleaning in Dublin cost?

Ecoleen charges from €26.00 an hour plus VAT for regular office cleaning in Dublin, using your own cleaning products. The minimum visit is two hours, and there is no call-out charge or weekend surcharge. For example, two hours on three mornings a week comes to about €676 a month plus VAT. We price one-off deep cleans on the size and condition of the office.

How often should an office be cleaned?

You decide, because we set the visits around what your business needs, not around a fixed contract. Tell us how many visits you want each week or month, and we will set up a team to match that routine.

Do we get the same cleaners each visit?

Yes. We keep the same team on your site, so they learn how your building works and what you need. If we ever have to change the schedule or replace a cleaner, we tell you first so the handover goes smoothly.

Can you do office cleaning in Dublin outside business hours?

Yes. We clean early in the morning, in the evening and at weekends, so your team can work without any disruption. Also, the rate stays the same for evening and weekend shifts. We never add a weekend premium or a hidden out-of-hours fee.

Are you insured?

Yes. We hold public liability insurance for our commercial work. If you would like a copy before you sign up, ask us and we will email it to you.

Do you provide the cleaning products, or do we use our own?

Our standard rate is structured around using your workspace's existing cleaning supplies, helping you maintain complete control over your ongoing costs. However, if you prefer a fully managed experience, simply let us know when requesting your quote. We will gladly customise your rate to include all materials, bringing along our signature plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning products instead.

Do you clean IT equipment?

Yes. We clean keyboards, mice, screens and desk phones as an add-on. It costs €8.00 a desk plus VAT for contract clients and €11.00 a desk plus VAT for one-off jobs. One-off jobs have a minimum charge of €100.00, or €70.00 for local clients in north Dublin.

Do you clean carpets?

No, we do not offer carpet cleaning. Instead, we focus on regular office cleaning and office deep cleans, so we can give our clients the best results.

Do you clean creches and childcare premises?
